At Gobachi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return, cancellation, or refund under the following conditions.
Orders can be cancelled directly via the Orders page in the Profile section of our website.
If the product is cancelled before dispatch/delivery, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, as per the company's discretion.
Once the product is delivered, refunds will only be processed after inspection, and a percentage will be refunded as determined by the company.
2. Return Window
Products can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Requests made after 14 days will not be eligible for return/refund.
Returns are initiated via the Orders page in your Profile. We will arrange courier pickup from the delivery address.
3. Eligible Products
Returns are only accepted for electronic appliances sold on the Gobachi website.
Non-returnable items include:
Personal hygiene-related appliances (e.g., shavers, trimmers, etc.).
Any items damaged due to customer misuse.
4. Condition of Returned Products
The product must be:
Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
With all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards included.
Returns will be inspected upon arrival.
The refund percentage will be based on the condition of the returned item and packaging. Gobachi reserves the right to approve or reject any return.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If the product arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Proof must be provided for verification upon request.
Upon approval, a replacement or refund may be offered, depending on the company's discretion.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Gobachi reserves the right to change this policy at any time at its sole discretion.
It is the responsibility of the customer to stay updated with the latest version of this policy.
Electrical specifications of each product follow UAE authority guidelines. Damage from usage outside these specifications will not be considered for any refund.
Gobachi complies with UAE laws and does not offer services or products to countries under OFAC sanctions.
