These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gobachi website ("Site") and your purchase of products from us. By accessing or using our Site, you agree to comply with these terms. If you disagree, please refrain from using our website.
2. General Information
Gobachi sells and delivers electronic appliances across the United Arab Emirates only.
Our courier partner is Ajex Courier.
All prices are listed in AED and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed through the website after creating an account.
Payments may be made via credit/debit cards.
All payments are processed securely through authorized gateways (Stripe & Tabby).
Orders are subject to confirmation and availability.
All product prices are inclusive of VAT.
4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries are available only within the UAE.
Standard delivery times range between 1–4 business days, depending on location.
Certain remote areas are serviced only once or twice a week.
Delivery timing is subject to Ajex Courier's operational capacity.
Customers must provide complete and accurate address details.
5. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they meet our return policy conditions.
Return requests must be submitted through the Orders page in your profile.
If the purchase is cancelled prior to delivery, a decided refund will be issued.
Once delivered, refunds will depend on the condition of the product and packaging and are subject to company's discretion.
Manufacturing defects or damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for replacement eligibility.
Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection approval.
6. Product Use & Warranty
All products are intended for standard domestic use within the UAE.
Damage caused by improper use, electrical surges, or modification is not covered.
Manufacturer warranties apply where available.
7. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported immediately.
Gobachi is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
8. Limitation of Liability
Gobachi shall not be liable for:
Delays in shipment due to the courier or unforeseen circumstances.
Damages resulting from improper installation or usage.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of products.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, product images, and logos, are the property of the respective owners. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
10. Policy Amendments
Gobachi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website or its policies at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions regularly.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern these Terms. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
