Shipment Policy

1. Delivery Coverage

• We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE.
• International shipping is not available at this time.
• All deliveries are handled exclusively by our trusted logistics partner, Ajex Courier. Shipment status can be tracked on your orders dashboard.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping (ongoing offer): Orders with a subtotal of AED 100 or more qualify for free delivery.
• Note: If a return/refund is requested, the original shipping fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery within 1–4 business days for most locations.
• Deliveries to remote areas are scheduled once or twice per week only (see schedule below).
• Delivery time may vary during public holidays, weather disruptions, or high-demand periods.

4. Remote Area Deliveries

Certain areas are serviced only on specific days due to courier scheduling. Orders for these areas will be delivered on the next available delivery day.

5. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the customer may be charged an additional re-delivery fee.
• Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate at checkout.
